Dividend Policy
Payment of distributions by the Company to its shareholders is within the discretion of its Board of Directors and will be determined on the basis of the Company’s cash flow, earnings, capital requirements, operating and financial condition, and other relevant factors. The Company expects that it will pay a first distribution during the first quarter of the second year of its operation and will continue paying every first quarter of its subsequent years of operation. The Company intends to distribute all Net Profits to its Shareholders generated by the operation of its vessels.
