Funds of investors in the Company may be sent by investors directly and placed in escrow (see Trustee Agreement) with the Escrow Agent which is the Bank of Cyprus Limited, Nicosia, Cyprus. These funds may be released to the Company once one fourth of the funds sought by the Company are realized. The relevant Shares will then be subscribed and issued and share certificates sent to investors.
